I AM THAT GIRL

I AM THAT GIRL is a 501(c)3 organization that helps girls to transform self-doubt into self-love by providing a safe space to connect and have honest conversations about things that matter. Every day, girls are bombarded with messages that attack what she is NOT and we work every day to help her love who SHE IS; to see that in herself and inspire that in others. This organization is shifting girl culture and raising the standards for how girls treat themselves, each other, and the world.

By building a community for girls to be seen, be heard, and belong, I AM THAT GIRL gives them something bigger than themselves to stand for and begin creating a healthier, more powerful world. With 220+ local chapters, an online community of 1,000,000+ and a group of influential supporters, I AM THAT GIRL reaches millions of people. Co-founder Emily Greener has the honor of being included in Oprah’s Super Soul 100 and is the recipient of the 2016 DVF People’s Voice Award. I AM THAT GIRL’s monthly feature in InStyle magazine continues to help shift the conversation to our #InnerStyle.

I AM THAT GIRL addresses the emotional, mental and physical well-being of girls by:

creating a safe space within local and online communities;
creating, curating, and advocating for premium and user-generated content;
putting into practice the IATG values and beliefs through tangible leadership tools and education.
